I have learned firsthand about God’s Power showing up in human weakness. A Psalm of David (139) declares that God is there when we are formed in our mother’s womb. He is with us before we are even born. I have to believe that being born without complete legs was not a fetal fluke, but His holy design. Filling my mind and heart with promises from the Bible has been the key to living life to the fullest.

I began my public speaking career when I was thirteen with the talk “Learning to Walk with Artificial Limbs.” This evolved into “Learning to Walk with Jesus Christ.” Hundreds of speeches later, my messages model authentic hope as I recap tales of a daily life in relationship with a down-to-earth God. A God of abundance. A God of surprises. A God who wants us to dream big.

I married my college sweetheart, David Squier, the same month I received my Masters Degree in Speech, enjoying ten years as a speech pathologist before becoming the full time mother to Emily, Elizabeth and Naphtalie. The children are grown and now come the grandchildren and a blessed life of writing and public speaking with so many stories to tell of God’s faithfulness! – Judy Squier “About” www.judysquier.com
